Access Denied

Access to NRPF Connect is restricted by Internet Provider (IP) address, the IP address you are using (13.59.36.203) does not match the IP address previously provided by your Council.

Please undertake the following:

• 1. Ask your IT department for help to ensure you can access NRPF Connect at https://www.nrpfconnect.co.uk including confirming whether there are any additional IP addresses that should be added to the whitelist for your Council as part of Working from Home (WFH) arrangements.
• 2. As a temporary measure, use the ‘what is my IP address’ link to ascertain your current IP address, then email the numbers to support@locta.co.uk - access will be available for the next working day
